First of all ,the hotel is not a 5 stars hotel. Dear Agoda, u should fix your info here. The hotel is a 4 stars. If you are looking for a 5 stars quality you wont find it here in this hotel. I live in Phuket and ive been to many hotels around the island. For this budget you can fine a lot nicer hotel with better service and more beautiful beach. The location was not that bad but the beach in front of the hotel was not that beautiful. The hotel had big swimming pool area and nice garden. The room was good but lot of dust on the bed. Breakfast was just ok. I visited this hotel for 1 night with my parents and my sister. We went down for breakfast in the morning around 8 am. When we got back to the room we couldn’t get in because the lock was low of battery. I called the front desks 3 times n it took them 30 mins before the sent someone to take a look. (They offered us to wait in the next room after we were standing and waiting in front of the room for 30 mins) it took another 30 mins for them to fix the door lock. By the time we got back in the room its about time for us to get ready n check out. The manager said apologize to me but thats all they could do after they let customers waited for 1 hr cuz of lack of good maintenance. So if you are looking for a hotel near the airport to catch your early flight in the morning. Strongly not recommend this hotel! You might miss your flight.
