Clean facilities and helpful staff

We loved the one bedroom poolvilla! The pool is big enough for a swim, the hot tub is great too! The only down side is the shower with low water pressure and they do not provide iron w ironboard - so your shawls and blouses gonna have that crumpled look during your stay, hijabis. The staff were so accommodating, absolute tip top service! Room service includes halal options. Hard to get around but can just rent motorbikes or cars at a reasonable rate here. About 8-10 minutes away from bangtao and surin beach via bike. Most services (ie massage, transport, tour package) a bit pricey but all hotels mark up the prices, so you may want to survey around first.
