Location is both good and bad

This is a small new hotel, with clean room, good security because you can only enter the lobby through key card recognition. Even though the location is great, along Soi 19, it is one of the busiest street along pratunam and if you are travelling by cab or car, you can get stuck in a jam in the beginning of the street where the hotel is at the deep end. The lane into the hotel is really not obvious, kind of dark and dirty. We booked the superior room but when we checked in, the receptionist gave us level 1, and there was only one room on level 1, right next to the stairs and lift! Imagine the noise of everyone walking through everyday. So we paid to upgrade and they gave us the highest floor (Level 4) room. Each level has only 4 rooms, so the hotel is rather small. but the room is spacious enough.

Great location
