Satisfied but could be further improved!

This is my second stay in this hotel, returned due to great experience when I was here the last time. A little disappointed with my stay this time. Pros - good location in the center of pratunam and few minutes walk to platinum, friendly staff, 7/11 nearby, famous eateries nearby, thoughtful staff willing to extend my check-out time even for 30minutes (really appreciate that!) Cons - although it's in good location, but it's located at the end of the alley while many cars and taxi in and out while you're walking, the cleaniness of the room could be improve, low water pressure where you can't enjoy a good shower after a tiring day. As an anti-ant person, very disappointed when there are ANTS FAMILY staying with me for all 3 nights despite my request for room service everyday. Overall, I'm satisfied with the stay as the money I'm paying is lot less those hotel nearby. Will definitely be back again if the ANTS FAMILY decided to migrate somewhere else.

Hard time finding the hotel
