Unpleasant Experience
The hotel is quite new but the cleanliness aren't that good. The room had awful smell, I'm not sure it comes from toilet or drain. We made complain to the receptionist and she promised will send technician to get it solve. However, the smell were still there when we came back to the room and it's getting stronger during the night. We feedback to the receptionist again, yet the solution given was we can just cancel our booking for the following days. We felt frustrated for the way they handle but we forced to continue our stay because hotel nearby are fully booked. Later on, we requested air freshener, at least can cover part of the smell.
Besides from the condition of the hotel, the another thing i would like to highlight is the location. The hotel located at a small alley which very difficult to find. We have to select the other hotel name nearby in order for us to order Grab. The nearest BTS is Ratchathewi Station, which is 13 mins walking distance.
There's a night market nearby the hotel, it can be plus points for those who like go night market.
