Nice hotel but terrible staff
Very good location, the interior of the hotel is nice but cockroaches and rats are often seen in the alley which the hotel is located in. During one of the days of our stay, we left the room at 8am and came back only between 3-6pm and after 11pm. There was NO ROOM CLEANING and no one knocked on our door to ask if we wanted room cleaning when we were in. Went down to the front desk to ask about it and the VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF brushed us off and said he didn’t understand english. However, he was able to understand and pass us more toilet paper when we requested for it. On another night, guests in another room was blasting music after midnight when we were trying to sleep. Called the receptionist and the same staff came up and knocked on OUR door. I motioned to him about the music coming from the guests opposite our room. He waited outside our door not doing anything until the music paused to switch to a new track before looking at me and asking “ok?”. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. Ended up having to knock on the guests’ door myself. They were very understanding and didn’t know the doors were not soundproof.
