Hotel room was under repair, unable to stay

We reach there and was told the hotel room was under repair, so there are no rooms left in the hotel, they help us to book another hotel, which is quite creepy and low class... I had to carry the luggage and look for nearby hotel to stay... however one of their staff helped us on this process.

Overall the hotel was not bad, room was neat and pretty
