I booked superior room but got free upgrade to deluxe room upon check in. Yes, the location is not easy to find, hide inside a small alley and is not reachable by taxi like others said. However, if you trying to book a Grab or Taxi. You can put the location under First House Bangkok. This hotel is super near to Pratunam 19. Once you get down, just walk further to the road and turn right. Is just 2 mins walk. Or else u may ask around to check where is the location. Once u found the hotel, you will know that the location is quite convenient as it near to many tourist favourite spots. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is nice and clean. For me, the only bad thing about this hotel is they will never reply to email. Therefore if you would like to check your booking status, you have to call Agoda and get them to contact hotel. Overall, i enjoyed the stay at this hotel. TQ!
