Think before you book

I am booking for two person room, but my aunt join my trip so that we asked to change a room. Unfortunately, the reception boy unable to communicate with me in English or even mandarin, so both of us just skip this problem. He saw us 3 ppl but he give me stay for 2 ppl room. After that (2days later) female staff saw 3 of us ask us to paid for charge, i understand and i'd love to do it. BUT staff was really not kindly and speak in bad tone. This really make me feel uncomfortable . It was an amazing trip in bangkok but this hotel left me a bad impression. Hotel location cant even reach by car or taxi, secret location. Dangerous for girl.

Hard to locate, safe is portable .
Very hard to locate, the alley towards the hotel is very dark so it's not really safe to walk at night. Staff is friendly but they doesn't lock or tag your luggage when you leave it there. When I reac... อ่านต่อ

Good location but not easy to find
Location is good but not easy to find especially at night..encounter many ants as well in the room.staff is good.

Wrong booking not available. not refund also.

acceptable
overall is good, location is a bit deep in corner but near to morning and night market. bedsheet dusty need to clean frequently.

Good Location
Everything is good, staff is so friendly. Just a bit want to comment is toilet got some smell... Can keep it up on this thing.
