Poor

When we arrived in our room it had a very unpleasant musky smell and the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. Room itself didn't have a safe or a fridge as advertised online. We then went to the front desk about this matter and the women at the desk was rather rude in saying the online description of the room is wrong you don't get either in the room! The room felt unclean and was stains on the walls that could easily be wiped off. We didn't enjoy our stay here and think the cleanliness is something they seriously need to take a look at!

Gloomy
