Guests ruined it so not worth the money
I’ll start with the good. The resort is clean, my room was nice. The location is not in the centre of everything but it’s easy to find and close enough to walk or take a taxi/bus. Check in was easy and the woman friendly. The man during check out was less friendly.
The resort seemed to encourage smoking by the pool as there were ashtrays everywhere. Not really ideal for a non-smoker. It comes with the trees and grass on the resort but bring bug spray! My legs were bitten up like crazy and I was there for only 1 night.
The air conditioner in my room had no settings other then low, medium, high. Even the low was freezing cold. I was also unable to get any hot water from my shower after multiple attempts during different times of day.
The biggest issue I had with my stay and I realize this isn’t necessarily the hotels fault was the noise from other guests. There was basically a pool party from 2pm until 1am where middle aged men and women drank and yelled the entire time. Including this group and the others staying there it felt like the guests were more apt to be found in a dive bar then a comfortable resort. I would suggest requesting a room away from the pool area and not right beside it because of the inevitable noise.
