Awesome staff but place is rundown.

We booked 5 nights for what we thought would be luxury in King Sized Room - Mountain view, and we were really disappointed. We paid approx $100 AUD a night, and this was still way too much. Room is rundown, and photos on website are obviously years old. Bathroom- which is surprisingly not shown, is very old. No toiletries supplied (e.g no soap, toothbrushes etc), no coffee/tea (despite having an old kettle). Outside door has approx 2 cm gap between floor - so had to cover with towel to keep mosquitos out. You also do not have a choice of breakfast. For example, one morning we had eggs with rice soup, another morning, eggs with fried rice. Garden is beautiful, with many areas such as the river, pond and garden to enjoy. Perhaps if you stay in the actual treehouse, you would really appreciate it, but the location is a long way from town (approx 1 1/2 hours to walk), shuttle every 2 hours, but you can get the same view in town on the river, for less $$.

Overpriced for what you get
