Nice Resort but we didn't get the room we booked

The resort is in a beautiful garden setting near a river. Unfortunately when we arrived, we were told that the treehouse we booked has been taken. They claimed that Agoda didn't inform them of our booking. We booked months ahead. It was a good thing that they had a spare room left, and it was the Family Suite. They gave us that room at no additional cost.

The Family Suite is large and has beds for six persons. It is like a wooden cabin. It has great views from the living room window and bedroom window of the gardens. There is a large fridge, kitchen sink, but there isn't any other cooking facilities. (Who needs to cook in Thailand anyway).

The room could have been made more cosy if they only used warm lights.

It is about a 15 min drive from Pai town. We didn't have much trouble finding the place even without a GPS.

Nice place far away from town

Far far away Resort style hotel

Rustic and way overpriced
