Design & gardens planned very well however

Front desk staff extraordinarily helpful. Beautiful layout, wide variety of rooms, scenic outlook. HOwever there are serious boundary issues with other staff who often were laying on dining rooms benches watching TV, restaurant staff were no where to be found at least 3 times, one restaurant person asked too many personal questions to guests, in general staff were too noticeable and appeared extremely bored (apart from the friendly front desk staff). Lack of management in my opinion.
