Check in upon arrival was all great till the 2nd day. Water supply in toilet was slow and totally none minutes later. Called to seek assistance for 4 times throughout the day and finally requested a change of room when the issue was not resolved. The manager did change us to another room and informed due to high occupancy hence the water issue arose.
But I must say their professionalism and customer service are top notch dealing with upset customers like us. End of the day, we were glad to have stayed there. Just an opinion, for a 5 star resort, they must anticipate issues they might face during high seasons.
