Excellent Hotel, Marvelous Staff ,Superb Location

the hotel has just won my heart, right from entering into lobby of the hotel to the last point when i along with my friends were boarding the taxi for airport( the front desk in charge lady rushed to wave us a nice flight home.some of the remember able points.
1. the welcome drink.
2. upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment which was huge( over spacious) for us.
3. one of the best toiletries so for came across while staying in hotels.
4. staff always serving with a broad smile.
5. check out time was 12.00 noon and on just a casual request despite being over booked extended our check out to 1.00 pm and then 2.00 pm and then finally we checked out at 3.00 pm.
6. the apartment has all the amenities even they supply washing detergent for the washing machine.good set of crockery, microwave , o t g, refrigerator, coffee maker electric kettle and an unending list of things.
7. good pool although small.but with a very good view, didn't get the time to see gym.
8.good breakfast(3.5*)
9. excellent wi fi with a very good speed every where.
i would like to quote one thing that apart from past experiences, whenever a customer approaches the the front desk for some information on local sight trips the hotel staff is more than happy to book for u as every body gets commission but here in this hotel the front desk lady asked for some time to inquire a few places and than she quoted a very reasonable price and on top of it asked us to book from the web site our self after cross checking different service providers.which shows that she was being very honest with us and not trying to extract some extra buck from our pocket.
my lot of compliments to the management of this hotel.
i will defiantly stay at any and all of their properties if i happen to travel to countries they have their properties.
