Clean spacious rooms and Superb service

This hotel is great for it's rooms and facilities. Rooms are clean and well kept. I like their Thann toiletries which is a nice touch. Our 3 room apartment came with a kitchen & a washing machine, which is great for our group. There is a nice rooftop swimming and a simple gym for our use.
Daily breakfast is simple fare with limited choices. The hotel does makes an effort to vary the choices everyday. Morning cafe service can get messy and hectic at it's peak. Coffee machine kept running out of coffee/ water. Suggestion to hotel management to improve this area.
Distance to the nearest BTS (nana) is the main drawback, as the hotel is tucked in the middle of a street. This is especially so, if you are walking from the station to the hotel with your luggage. The short trek of 15 mins is simply not the easiest route. For family with kids, pls seek alternative routes. Suggestion to the hotel management: Arrange for a hotel tuk tuk service for your guests who are arriving via the Airport Express.
Overall, this is a nice hotel and good value for money. Service staff is the best as they were all friendly and helpful.

Stay was comfortable
