Friendly, helpful staff.

The young woman at the front desk was also working in the attaced Wine Bistro in the evening. She was helpful in answering any question, making any arrangement, and getting our laundry done. Lovely sense of humor. The Wine Bistro was a relaxing spot to sit and watch people coming and going to the night Market. Not a full breakfast but some coffee and snacks. No elevator

Great Location (Few Blocks next to Train Station)

Over expectation
We stayed 2 nights in Ban Ao Thong and we have best time here. Helpful staffs, good location, restaurant in first floor is very good.

Terrific
Wonderful staff, rooms great, simple but nice breakfast. Fabulous food at cafe 1952 across the road and great night market outside station on weekend

Fantastic
The staff here go above and beyond to help you. The rooms are lovely and clean and the location is fabulous. My only complaint is that the beds and pillows were very hard.
