Not really satisfied

We don't know there is new and old Sakura hotel, as I was on my 1st trip to Hatyai. The pix shown above was new wing Sakura, but they said our booking is OLD wing, the room was dusty, not spacious, not really a good stay. They charge for anything u used internally, so make sure you called and ask the receptionist before you start using their things, once you open the package they'll charge. But their breakfast served was delicious, it was served in New wing. I think NEW wing Sakura will be better.

Not suitable for family with children...

Cheap basic rooms in central of Hat Yai.
I did stay only 1 night with my friend (same sex) and I accidentally booked single king size bed. I asked if it's possible to change twin bed room but it was not possible. Not sure if there was anywhe... อ่านต่อ

When I arrived and knew that my room was in the old building, I was worry. I had stayed in other hotels in Hatyai and got old and smelly room. But the room at Sakura was cleaned and in good condition.... อ่านต่อ

Lovely hotel and service with a smile
