average hotel aircon not cool

Quite disappointed when arrive at hatyai sakura hotel. I was directed to the old wing instead of the new wing. Breakfast at new wing (Building very inconvenient.|Apparently everything was fine.Housekeeping is fine.Hotel staff are polite and courtesy. But will not not recommend friends or myself to stay there in the near future.
