Great Location but small rooms

i would like to complains about the hotel staffs un-professional service!!!

on 14 i went out for my breakfast at opposite new sakura grand view, before i left did 100% the room door was locked.

when i coming back breakfast with my hubby, omg!!! my room door is unlock...and the cleaner was done to clean my room and continue for the next room...

is this the thing can be happen? what happen is my things is lost, who going to take this responsibility?

please be highlighted this issue, do not happen for the next guest again!!!

hotel condition not as per expectations. sakura hotel and sakura grand view hotel have a very big gap in terms of furnishing and services quality. luckily we enjoyed our trip by visiting few places... อ่านต่อ
