Old & smelly hotel

Pricing is fairly ok but hotel condition quite run down.
Location is quite ok but still a walking distance to those market and supermarket.

Below there are many night clubs. Thus, not suitable for those holiday with family or your spouse.

I would prefer Tune Hotel also no breakfast. But the condition is much more better.
