very old hotel , did not upgrade hotel facilities. only breakfast is good

This is an very old hotel , the management did not do well on the maintain. The hot water is not working. Only hotel breakfast is nice. Hotel is near by the town centre about 5 mins walk to the central. around hotel have many nice food , massage centre and KTV
