Reasonable hotel in the town centre

Hotel was fine although possibly higher rates than warranted for this 3 star accommodation. We extended our stay and negotiated lower rates for the second night. Hotel is in a good location on the main road. Has 3 floors, but no lift. Breakfast was okay, but same, same each day, western or thai. Drain in shower blocked, filling the floor area rapidly. Moved room for this reason. Water had to be run for sometime before getting warm. Would probably stay again, but only at a lower rate.
