Night staff

Accidentally broke my key.. Went to reception to get a new one.. Waited 30 minutes before a meth head security approached me aggressively saying I'm disrespectful for breaking the key and that's he's calling the police on me. After 2 hours of him screaming in my face I got my Thai friend to come down and he instantly got me a key. Brought up the issues with morning staff and they just laughed and said it's okay

I don’t recommend this resort
Zero customer service, extremely poor management. Very bad experience . No channels in TV. AC did not work properly. Very slow water in shower that it takes an hour to remove soap. Only good thing in ... อ่านต่อ

Just okay
