Good value for money but less facility available

The hotel is at a very good location. The decoration was also great. Good place to stay. But they are lacking in very normal facilities, like: - they do not have intercom, if u need anything you have to go to lobby on foot - they reception is closed within 12.00am - insects will be in your room, but you cannot expect any insecticide!! -No toothbrush toothpaste available in the room

I don’t recommend this resort
Zero customer service, extremely poor management. Very bad experience . No channels in TV. AC did not work properly. Very slow water in shower that it takes an hour to remove soap. Only good thing in ... อ่านต่อ
