Bit overpriced for what you get but overall not bad.

I booked the room with the hottub. The room was spacious and clean but there were a number of issues that plagued my stay. 1. There was leak coming from someplace in the bathroom which kept the bathroom floor wet. 2. Wifi connection is poor. 3. Almost never a person at the front desk. Always need to ring the bell and wait for someone to hopefully show up soon. 4. Lost hot water for 2 nights. 5. Had to request the front desk to turn on the heat for the hot tub at times. Seems like the controls are controlled somewhere outside the room but I'm not sure.
Staff is generally friendly and I can see they try to be helpful.
The location is good and the resort grounds are nice. But with all the things plaguing my stay, I did think that it was a bit overpriced.

Lovely Riverside Location
