Just don't do it

The room was clean, but the bed was as hard as a rock, and when asked to change the matress, they didn't do anything about it till 11pm,after informing them at 9am, and then the mattress was just as hard. The bath leaked, so you were forever refilling it. No tea or coffee in room. We arrive there at 8.30pm, and found out that the restaurant closed at 6pm!
Overall, not a good experience, but the lack of English, the staff there were most helpful.
