Great staff, beautiful surroundings, pool

We stayed at Koh Jum Resort for 2 nights in february 2012. Beautiful island, but no easy way to get around, since the hotel is pretty isolated at northern end of the island.

The resort has a pool (also for kids), which was a nice surprise!

The best part of the resort is the staff! Hotel manager Alex is awesome! :) She (and her staff) makes the guests feel more like friends than customers, but still do everything to make your stay good.

Getting to the resort is not for disabled people, since the bigger boat meets longtailboats at the sea, and people have to jump from boat to boat.

Little minus was the lack of airconditioning and hot water, even in the more expensive teakwood villas. Fans made the room cool enough during night time though.

All in all, beautiful resort on a beautiful beach. Great staff, good food in their restaurant!
