Low services mind, poor services from staff and food (in room dining) is salty.

The staff didn’t help or ask for carrying our luggages but came to swipe my credit card when I checked-out. I asked to took away just one glass of Americano from the breakfast but the staff rejected. Low services mind from the 5-stars luxury hotel.

State of the art
I’ve been going to Hua Hin for the last 30+ years. This is the best hotel I’ve been to. Everything at the hotel was of latest technology. Very friendly and helpful staff. Keep it up
