It was a Joke

I booked my room with AGODA.
When I came there and show them my booking, they said they are full, they did not have the room I booked and paid full for.

After a time with the guy in the reception on the phone all the time, he finally gave me another room. on the top of a hill in a construction area where they started to drill 8am, we have to carry our strolled and our 3 year old baby 300 meter up on the hill every time and it was not what we expected, very disappointing.
