Simple place, decent location, lots of bugs

Location is walking distance, but everything on the island is walking distance. It was set back in the woods, which led to lots of bugs, especially in the bathroom. The room we were in (number 9) was directly above the reception area, and was continuously noisy starting early and going until late. Had to walk by the human waste treatment plant every time to get to the city. Also, the wi-fi was the slowest I've experienced in Thailand.

For the price, I wouldn't recommend this place. There are too many other options at similar (or cheaper) prices that are just as nice if not nicer, closer to the city, not in the woods and less noisy.

Bad condition room & too many insects in room
