Lot of work to be done

- no wifi in the room as announced in the description.
- bad overall isolation, for example, no net in the windows for the mosquitos, front door doesnt close 100% which can let bugs and mosquitos get into the room.
- wc needs improvements, for example no water pressure, bad painting.
