Great Bargain But a few caveats

I chose Signature for its location and value. Location as it's close to all the boot camps/muay thai centers in Chalong area.
Plus: It's clean, spacious, modern facilities with a nice pool and lounge chairs (someone told me some of the pools here lack lounge chairs). no problem with fridge, tv, shower, safety box, etc. Easy to get new towels everyday (no fuss) as I did not want my room cleaned.
Con: they didn't tell me my unit was adjacent to renovation/drilling (luckily I was out most of the day training) nor did they mention there's a muay thai school next door which has shouting at 8am (training). TV was also kinda spotty with signal, but that might not be their fault. my bed mattress was cheap; had a large depression where previous people slept. could have been better.
other: they had scooters for rent. they have a restaurant/room service but I did not try.
Overall, for the value and location, I highly recommend

well priced, Muay Thai area

It's a nice stay.
