Great villa in quite a secluded location

Location is quite far. Grab was showing 1200 baht from airport. No public transport available either. We ended up taking the bus to phuket town, have a day trip and then take a taxi. Even that cost us 780 baht. Airport transfer from hotel to airport 900/1000 baht.
Room was quite nice with a great pool. Some fixtures need maintenance though. Breakfast was great.
Shuttle service to and from Nai Harn/Rawai beach and a sunset point. We took the second one.
Best if you rent a car/bike during your stay here. Otherwise ask tour providers for hotel pick & drop services.

Good place to stay
It's not the most upscale place but it's a place nice with young children. The staff are not the most helpful and we have to remind them a few times. Perhaps language barrier?
