Great location on beach but small rooms

great hotel but only if you want to be away from it all bailan bay is a long way from shops and restaurants so costly to catch baht bus to other locations eg kai bay and white sands- although there are a couple of nice places to eat locally and the hotel itself has a very good restaurant. the rooms and the bungalows are very small. if you like tv note that there are no english language or movie channels.
