Great location on Ton Sai

I found this bungalow hotel when i arrived on Phi Phi Island.It is on the "cleaner" and more quite part of Phi Phi,close to Ton Sai beach.
At a first look,i loved everything about it...it is like a mini town with all you need,restaurant,a coffee shop,reggae bar etc.
I was welcomed at the service desk by very friendly and professional staff.I checked in and was guided to my bungalow which at first sight was very appealing.
When left alone and looking around,to my suprise i saw at least 3 cockroaches.
The bathroom was of pure concrete and looked unfinished,nor painted or had tiles on.Ants were all over the place.I even found bed bugs which terrified me.
I had to call the staff in so they could see it and do something about it.
They were extremely helpful,even the day after.
To sum this up,this was a pricy place for what was offered.The coffee shop is the best this resort has to offer so far,the best coffee and service in all Phi Phi.
Nice staff at the reggae bar as well👍

Great!
We had a great stay here. Stayed three nights in total. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff was super friendly. Pool was great, and the breakfast buffet was all you could ask for. We would stay here again... อ่านต่อ

Poor value
