Friendly owner but grumpy staff.

the owner is lovely, and very helpful. the interiors are a little run down - although i guess that's to be expected being right in the middle of haad rin (full moon party paint on everything!!) the hotel is really lovely, just a tad too noisy, and the restaruant staff were grumpy every day.

Very basic rooms, but nice pool

Bad customer service
The staff was not understanding of our situation and demanded extra payment for extra person. The resort was literally empty

Near to the beach and everthing
The pool is small, room not so clean but acceptable. good location

Location is awesome for full moon party. No noise and disturbance from the main scene
Hotel room is very basic. A lot of mosquito so better to get the coils from the nearby 7 mart.
