Disappointing !

Room was smelly and old, and in desperate need of renovations. The staff on the hole were very unprofessional, unfriendly and not willing to help out. we asked front reception if they could call a local restaurant for us to make a reservation and she replied by telling us why we couldn't call them ourselves with our own phone. breakfast was very basic,terrible and almost uneatable. The hotel seems to be set up for young party travellers who are not too fussy on the standard of the hotel, and I would put it on par with a cheap hostel. Only positive is the location of the hotel right in the heart of haad rin, and just a short walk from the beach.

overpriced, average hotel
