Near pier but nothing else, terrible bathrooms

Staff was not very friendly. Location was near the pier for arrival and departure but not near shopping, restaurants or nightlife; transportation was easy to come by though. The bungalow bathrooms were unacceptable, with the shower located pretty much on top of the toilet. There were open shutters in the bathroom with ants and other bugs coming in. We "downgraded" to a standard hotel room that was actually nicer, with a better bathroom situation and more space.
