Great Hotel But...
Came here during the Full Moon Party season. The room was spacious with a big hot tub and separate shower area. Nice and comfy bed. Interior was great. A short 3 minute walk to all the beach parties...and in front of the FMP on FMP night. However, one of the staff was pretty rude. I ordered Thai basil chicken and had only ONE bite outside on the balcony. Had to go get water inside the room and came back out within 15 seconds...and there were tropical birds attacking my Thai Basil meal. Reported to the staff to change my meal to a new one after I only had one bite. The staff said that it is not free to change and and she will charge me...So I reported again to her manager that it is not right to charge me for a new meal after I only had one meal. The manager agreed to change it for me eventually for free.
Also, on the last day of check out...beware of charges made to having full moon party body paint on towels....Was charged about 20 USD for having body paint on the towel and they gave it to me to throw away on my own......
