Very old and rusty - both in looks and services

Some girls at reception speak english well, some do not - but helpful anyways. Hotel feels old and rusty. Rooms are rather small. There were metal clips on floor, carpet was dirty and burnt from cigarettes. Bathroom was OK, only shower sink needed to be dismantled to let water flow out. Breakfast was disappointing, some thai food variations (not tasty lookong), tasteless sausages and rubber-like eggs. Everything saved toast bread and orange jam (the only option). No tee, only coffee or lemonade. Overall I wouldn't call this place a hotel, more like hostel. Definitely not 3*, maybe some 20+ years back.
