All staff was very helpful! Located out of town in the country, if you love the country, you'll love this place! They have a motorbike which they offered to take my sister and I in town with when I asked if they'd call me a taxi. They don't have laundry facilities so we were taking our laundry out to get done and the girl offered to take it to someone else to wash. At night, when my sister (who needed some assistance to walk) and I would come back to the hotel, the night worker followed us to the room with the flashlight to make sure that it was well lit for us. He'd leave as soon as we were safely on our porch and he'd never cross the bridge to our room, he didn't make us feel uncomfortable at all. In the morning, the other worker guy would make sure that we'd leave with our scooter safely haha if we needed help starting it, moving it, or opening the storage (sigh), he was sure to help. I can't express enough how amazing this place and its staff was!
