Basically I would never book this hotel again – Its only positive is the beach is beautiful – but that is nature – not the hotel!

A few points to consider if you are planning to book this hotel:

• The service is very slow – on average I think we generally had to wait up to 30 Mins for them to bring a diet coke.
• They take advantage of tourist as we were defiantly ripped off on our laundry costs. They charged us 400 baht for cleaning 2 dresses a few pairs of pants and two bikinis.
• They also tried to charge us for taxis that we had already paid the taxi driver.
• Don’t out anything on the room as when you pay at the end there is no details description of what exactly you are paying for – just a random sum they defiantly made up.
• The hotel is also about a 30 / 40 min drive from Chaweng – they also over charge you for the taxis too!
• Food is pretty rubbish


Basically I would never book this hotel again – Its only positive is the beach is beautiful – but that is nature – not the hotel!

Walls were water damaged, bathroom was outside under a lean to asbestos roofed verander. Resort was let go a bit but for the money you couldn't expect much more I guess. We left and went to the Sunset... อ่านต่อ
