very nice , great service , loved everything

we loved everything about this resort . a real class act . it is away from town and thats how i love to spend my vacation . local driver with new vehicle took us everywhere we wanted to go to see all sites and more. she even took us to myanmar for a day of shopping and exploring (no visa required for 1 day pass). then when we finish our stay in chiang rai we arranged for her to drive us to chiang mai for less than airfare and an enjoyable 2 our drive . balcony hill resorts was great .

Peaceful, garden setting

Nice getaway
Beautiful relax place to chill out. Great nature, especially during rain season; swimming pool with a good view. Staff was friendly however not so good in English communication.

Great location with lovely decoration hotel
i have stayed there for 1 night. the location is on the mountain with wide screen mountain view. the room/house is decorated with colorful color.
