My five star/one star review is because the rooms are lovely and clean and good value for money, but the hotel is 30+ km from town and the staff spoiled our stay by:
Ignoring us when we sat down in the restaurant. My wife finally found a server who provided a inedible meal...with NO forks or spoons. Charging for the "free" breakfast. " Only for walk-in customers" says the receptionist. Pool man tells my wife to leave the pool to get a bathing cap but doesn't tell her where to get it. Charges her for the cap. Not telling us that we should bring our own room towels to the pool.( Not supplying pool towels is a first for us in Thailand) Blocking the way out of the parking lot with a Chic factory truck. I'm sorry I can't recommend this place. It would be wonderful without the staff or the food!
