Rooms were not maintained properly.

Dont get deceived by the photos.
Important Note: Toilet doesnt have a hose for washing after business. (for some of us who require them) *felt the toilet design was a waste of space too.
Firstly we stayed in the Superior Room. 3XX
As we entered, clearly door knob was wobbly, feel unsafe.
Bedside Lamps were broken and hanging from its electric cable.
Blankets had a slight stench to it.
Other than that, we find the room design kinda weird.
As for views from room? NONE.
Views from the viewing deck at the hotel, great! but careful at the deck, the wood flooring is corroded and brittle. I wont step on it.
In conclusion, this hotel a place you could stay probably for a night or two, but if it isnt peak holiday season, just find others elsewhere, for the same price you'll be surprise what other choices you have.

Poor staff
Rooms were not ready until 4.00pm Bangkok time. Lobby was hot. Mineral water is free but the bottle was charge 20 baht. Don't throw the mineral bottle it into the dust bin otherwise you will be charge... อ่านต่อ
