No water kettle & hair dryer provided in the standard room. Hotel location is a bit far from the town.

At first, We arrived at the place, in a good vibe due to the hotel discretion has allowed us to change our stay period due to the recent immigration land border ruling. However, the minute we entered the hotel, we started to feel that the online hotel picture and the physical condition is rather conflicting. But, we didnt bother and just try to enjoy our stay until we are ready for shower, the hot water is not working in both of our rooms. We called the staff and the respond was not satisfying. The next morning, finally its working but the next day it happened to be the same gloom story. Approached the staff and the respond was rather rude and careless, and she said shes only working there, dont know managers handphone no. And please do complain online she doesnt mind. To our surprise, her attitude was Very very bad. During our 3 days 2 nights stay, breakfast was just fair, the rest of the staffs acted like they dont like working there and glasses were a bit dirty, havent been washed properly, rooms are in run down condition and bathroom has bad smell also. Definitely not going to recommend this place and not going to come back.
