Don’t stay here! LUGGAGE LOST!! Stupid staffs!

Worst staffs ever. All the Receptionists were stupid and very rude. They haven’t learned how to behave with guests. First of all, we booked through agoda, standing right in front of them and provided our booking confirmation number & name. Then they wanted me to give him my cell phone so that they can verify whether I have actually told them the truth or not. I asked them why you need my phone? The guy named “DET” the rudest of all, replied, he needs to check whether everything is ok or not. My point is when i am giving my booking confirmation number then you must check your system or online to verify and i can give you my passport or id to verify my identity. YOU DONT NEED MY PHONE! secondly, we were staying at D-11 & D-12 cottages. D-11 shower had no hot water or whatsoever. Towel rack was broken. No slippers provided in the room though we asked the staffs to give us some. But they never came back! Hand shower was as dirty as it has never been cleaned since it’s installation. Finally and most importantly, THEY LOST OUR LUGGAGE!! They have no security for the luggage deposit or whatsoever. When we left our bag at the open waiting room beside the reception @ 9 am, I repeatedly asked one of the stupid reception girls whether it is safe here or not? She very arrogantly replied, its ok its ok. Then we left for island hopping and when we returned we found out that one of our bag was missing. They seemed to have no answer and was asking my friend where exactly he left his luggage. Then i asked the manager (may be an Indian guy & the only decent gentleman who doesn’t even have the balls to say sorry!!!) stepped in after 10 mins or so and started asking questions. Then I stopped the interrogation and asked him to check his cctv camera to find out who stole the bag. After 1 hour or so when he couldn’t figure out who took our bag, again I had to ask him to allow my friend to help him identify his bag. Then he let us in his office and my friend within 5 mins identified the gu
