Great location, terrible staff (literally no English)

Location is the best if staying in the town however, the bathroom flush was broken, we had fill water in the tank in order to fill it up so it flush, the vanity drain was also broken in room 17d and the didn’t do anything about it.
Bed sheets were super clean and the bed itself was quite comfortable.

We got bed bug . But only my partner got it badly.
3 mins Walking distance to beach, in phi phi every hotel is walking distance. Location was great. Night time very happening at this area. Love the nightlife near the beach.

Nice staff & Best Location
Hotel located right in the middle of everything. Near the beach less than 50m! Even the resort nearby Slinky Bar but no noise disturbing while you sleep. Thumb Up! 👍🏻👍🏻
